Virdexis subscription & cancelling
In short: the terms include subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals only.
- Renewals are charged to your saved payment method at each interval.
- You can cancel at any time through customer service or another offered method.
- A renewal that has already been processed may still be charged.
- Not using the product does not cancel the subscription.
- Price changes on an active subscription need advance notice.
- An optional, separate app subscription ("Nutrical") is non-refundable once a paid period starts.
Tip
At checkout, check whether you're picking a one-off pack or a subscription, and note the date of the next charge.
